My Intimate Desire values your satisfaction however we cannot accept returns for items including but not limited to panties/thongs, shorts, skirts, apparel sets with G-String or Thongs, Rompers, Swimwear or any clothing with any sign of wear due to sanitary/health concerns and Federal Laws.
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back.
As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, hosiery, pasties or pastie glue. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
Any items that are sent for return that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges and returns.
You are required to notify My Intimate Desire within 10 days of your purchase via email at admin@myintimatedesire.com regarding the return. At that time you will be given an Return Authorization # that you must include on your return. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization #.
My Intimate Desire is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise and you will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order. If you do not follow the guidelines of our Return Policy, myintimatedesire.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we have mistakenly sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping the replacement merchandise.
