We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. USPS does not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

Backorders:
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
Charges for shipping & handling:
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $75 (valid for orders from US only* and in-stock items are expected to arrive within 4-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail: $7.95 (in-stock items are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days)
UPS 3 Day Select: $12.95 (in-stock items are expected to arrive in 3 business days)
UPS 2 Day Select: $18.95 (in-stock items are expected to arrive in 2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air: $28.95 (in-stock items are expected to arrive in 1 business day)
*U.S. customers will enjoy shipping to all 50 United States, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses, U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), rural routes. General Shipping:
Important Note: All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package is shipped, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.
After the order is shipped, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on www.myintimatedesire.com maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s).
Processing Time:
In most cases, your order will be processed within 2-5 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please note: items do not state whether or not they are in stock on the item page, to inquire about item availability please contact one of our representatives through email. After your order is shipped, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
If the items are not in stock and must be ordered, they will be shipped within 7-10 business days depending on the availability of the particular item. Please note: In most cases, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel the order. Due to the volatility of, and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture it will take approximately 2- 4 weeks to be shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory. If you would like to cancel your back order. Standard Free Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard ground/First Class service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail or UPS GROUND. Please Allow 7-14 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
2-3 Day Select Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-3 days Select shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after being shipped. Order Processing Time remains the same as a Standard Package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Next Day Delivery Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. Please refer to the shipping charge below for rates. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days after being shipped. (For some cities refer to United State Postal Service. It may take up to 2 business days). Order processing time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Non-US costumers must supply proof if ID (fax or e-mail a copy of their photo identity) to pay by credit card, please include the customer service number for your credit card, including the country code for that phone number. Also indicate the country of origin.
We protect your privacy. All items are shipped in a plain, unmarked package. The standard method of shipment is USPS Ground or UPS unless specified.
Orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO’s will be shipped only if PREPAID by check or Money Order, and will be sent by U.S. Postal Service (rush service available, additional fees will be applied).
Most products are stock items. Please allow 2 additional days for processing your order, items that are temporarily out of stock will be put on back-order, and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.
We are required to collect sales tax for all deliveries to the great state of Florida.
International Orders: additional freight charges will be added to your order based on weight, dimensions and destination. All international orders are shipped via FEDEX International or U.S. Postal Service. For exact estimates, please call us directly. All international customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, custom fees and any other fees.
Shipping charges on refused shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
